These features are in progress. They are not available yet; their names and behavior may change before release.

| Gmail and Outlook | Connect a Google or Microsoft mailbox in one click (OAuth), without IMAP / SMTP settings or app passwords. |
| Instagram and Messenger | Answer Instagram direct messages and Facebook Messenger conversations with your agents. |

Until then:

* connect Gmail and Outlook mailboxes with [IMAP / SMTP](https://docs.shortext.ny-corp.io/channels/mailbox.md);
* your clients can already create WhatsApp templates from your product with a [hosted session](https://docs.shortext.ny-corp.io/api-reference/hosted-sessions.md) (`template` purpose).
