Coming soon

Channels and features on the Shortext roadmap.

These features are in progress. They are not available yet; their names and behavior may change before release.

Feature	What it will do
Gmail and Outlook	Connect a Google or Microsoft mailbox in one click (OAuth), without IMAP / SMTP settings or app passwords.
Instagram and Messenger	Answer Instagram direct messages and Facebook Messenger conversations with your agents.

Until then:

• connect Gmail and Outlook mailboxes with IMAP / SMTP;
• your clients can already create WhatsApp templates from your product with a hosted session (template purpose).
