What is Shortext?

Shortext runs AI agents that answer your customers on WhatsApp, by email and inside your own apps, with your team ready to take over.

Shortext is a platform for businesses that talk to their customers on messaging channels. You create agents, connect them to channels (a WhatsApp Business number, a mailbox, your own app), and the agents answer customers around the clock. When a conversation needs a person, someone from your team takes it over from the Inbox.
